In 2011, I found XPS Solutions! This is where my personal and professional development began! I started off as a customer service representative and within a few months of giving it my best a lead position became available, I applied and XPS Solutions gave me the opportunity to be in their leadership team. Throughout my time I continued to go up in the ranks from a lead to a floor supervisor, senior supervisor, call center manager and now Director of client solutions! My passion went from developing people which is still what I enjoy to assisting with developing and stabilizing processes to create growth in business. I have had the pleasure to be around great people here that have mentored me along the way, which continues to happen every day, and I can say with confidence that even though I haven’t worked for many companies in my lifetime, I don’t think I would be the person nor the leader I am today without the guidance that XPS Solutions has provided. This is not only a place to come in to work but it’s a place where you get to learn in all departments, it’s a university!
